Lovely company, super customer service

I have had two car air-con systems overhauled and repaired. One needed a new compressor which proved difficult but John and his associate did it. Very fair prices and totally expert service.

John was very friendly and clearly knows what he’s doing. I had my air conditioning serviced as it was only blowing out hot air. He explained everything he was doing while he was fixing it and my air conditioning is now ice cold. A bit more expensive than taking it somewhere yourself but worth it because he comes out to your home and he is every experienced.

I don’t normally do reviews, but when my air con on my car went off I searched the web for an independent to get the best possible price for fixing it (ie not main dealer prices!).
John from Auto Climate Control attended on apt date and quickly diagnosed the problem and was also courtesy enough to explain in layman’s terms what was the problem.

Very informed first visit, examined my Volvo C70 for refrigerant leaks and explained possible causes. Date agreed there and then for garage work and likely cost. Car collected at specfied time and returned on time, all work complete to a high standard and at very reasonable cost with clear communication throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending ACC to anyone needing car air conditioning work.

John has worked on my Aston Martin Vantage and I can recommend him to anyone in trouble with their AC. He has shown great tenacity and professionalism in solving a particularly difficult matter on a car that like to make access difficult!
